THANK TWICE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   if your thinking about moving to alpine apartments move to a trailer park first...never move to alpine unless u come in the evening after 7 and when the weather is nice...you'll hear the LOUD music from the cars of the drug dealers and you'll witness the drug dealing..management is rude and SOOOOO GHETTO...i think she believes shes above the contract that u signed for the property...she makes her own rules...MS.BRICE was fired from rosecroft mews b4 she came to the property..the property seemed to be changing for the better b4 she came...now it seems like NOBODY cares..just have a conversation with her about a problem in your unit or with other tenants she will lie to you just to prolong the problem...she'll make u think shes going to fix the problem just to prolong the time on your lease but when its all said and done she'll turn it around on u...drugs are EVERYWHERE..INCLUDING outside the rental office and she says NOTHING...you'll think with management living on the property it'll be a nicer comunity to live in...i recently moved because i was there for 3 years and my last year of dealing with MS.BRICE was a NIGHTMARE...u offer solutions but she dont wanna hear it..TAMIKA was one of the nicer people in the office...now i understand through a friend of mine who still lives there that she's gone...SORRY to say YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN...cuz when u call in a ticket to yvette be reassured that it wont be addressed u have to call her several times and then she acts as though you're getting on her nerves...i STRONGLY suggest that MS.BRICE be given a drug test because a former tenant and friend of mine witnessed Ms.Brice purchasing WEED from one of the dealers on the property i know this is hearsay and i didn't witness it myself but just give her a drug test and we all would know why.... vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
