I moved here in February 2004. My building is very quiet. I really havnt had any problems, none other than roaches. I didnt have them for the first 3 months, but now I see them every now and then. Mgmt is good about putting you on the exterminator list. The only thing is, there are alot of children in the neighborhood that can get noisy at times. Otherwise, I find it ok. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
