Maintance stinks (but want there money)

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 1993
 
Im a resident since Jan. I really have some concerns I have been callin for minor maintance problems that would only take a few minutes out of there busy schudule but they haven't been addressed yet !!!! What is the problem but is fast to put a late notice on your door the minute you are late.NOW TELL ME WHAT'S WRONG WITH THAT ...Over all its a nice place to live.
