Don't Waste Your Time or Money

This place is a piece of ----. The first day I moved in my house smelled like gas. Why' Because my pilot was messed up and they had to give me a new stove. Since then, my new stove has broken which took them two months to replace. My AC was not functional for a week, mind you I'm pregnant. I have a leak in my bathroom, my towel rack is still broke and whenever I call the rental office the leasing officers tell me there's nothing they can do because maintenance doesn't inform them of the problems. Funny, because maintenance doesn't have a direct number so you have to tell one of the leasing officers about it and THEY call maintenance. I've only lived here since March and there's been two shootings, there are kids everywhere which didn't bother me at first but now it's summer so they're out ALL THE TIME. I was also promised a one bedroom with a walk-in closet but it wasn't ready so they moved me in a different apartment. I didn't even bother to look at it because at the time they were so nice but when I got in there I got a surprise. I guess that was my fault. I read a previous response and no there are no traffic lights in the community. Recently four buildings were evacuated because of a water problem and because of that about every week or so everyone's water is cut off so they can "fix" the problem. You can hear when everyone turns their water on so if you've heard someone taking a shower don't even bother for an hour or two because you won't have any hot water. Parking just got better so I guess thats somewhat a plus. All in all, please keep looking
