I've lived here since August of 2005, since, this apartment community has had 2 different owners and three different management crews. From the month I moved in, I requested repairs to be done to my unit, it is now June 2007 and still, NO REPAIRS have been done. The apartments are spacious but, the walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear all the neighbors that surround your unit (side to side and up and down) when they fuss, fight, walk, run, wake up, go to sleep, come in and when they are doing there thing (sexual wise). Lots of drug trafficing now and management is just . . . GHETTO. If you are comfortable with this kind of living, then its the place for you. But, if you are old fashion, hardworking and enjoy some peace and quiet, than Ashford at Henson Creek is not the place you. Think god, we were able to save our money to get our children in a better environment, which we think is kaotic. But again, this space and convinence (near the beltway in all) is pretty much worth the price.

I have lived here for 1 year and glad to be moving on. I agree with everything mentioned in the previous email. The walls are paper thin. The spiders own my unit. Drug problems have returned w/a vengeance. Maintenance, that's a joke, there is only 1 on duty. During heavy snow periods, they don't hire contractors or reduce the rent for volunteers w/snow plows -- they push the snow behind or in front of your vehicle. Pre-teens & Teens - They do loiter a lot, but whenever I needed to haul groceries to my unit, they were polite and helpful.

I live here since 2005 and there has been 3 managrment changes.It's crazy someone was shot in the building i was living in twice!!!! I move in another building in December of 2006 and the patio door was broken I had to fix the door myself because it took them three weeks to respond now mine you I just move in December 1. This summer during the hottest stretch of the summer i was without AC so me and my pregant wife went to stay with family until the AC was fix that took 2 weeks.
