The Worst Place In PG County

I have a friend who lives here with her children...someone came to visit and was robbed at gun point. Her oldest daughter's suppose to be "friends" stole her keys and stole clothes and other things from the apartment. Maintenance is a joke...what maintenance! She complains about how during the summer the AC was out and they didn't come for at least 2 or 3 weeks...same during the winter her heat was out and they didn't come for a week until she threaten to make some phones. This place is one of the worst in PG County...and I live in PG my whole life.
