I moved to there in 2005, my apartment wasn't ready, I didn't have a stove, my refrigerator wasn't assembled, my bathroom looked just like the last tenant was still living there, including the dirt. The floor to the bathroom had cigarette burn marks all over, the bathroom was missing a towel holder and tissue holder. To which I called to request for them to be repaired. Two years living there and went without. The vertical blinds in the living room was missing the cord to open and close them, rental office (SLEPT ON THAT TO). Basically my apartment was ready to be move into, even after the rental gave me this move in date. After making numerous calls to the rental office, I was able to get a stove, and I put my own refrigerator together. All other problems were still the same and my move out was back in April. There's so much traffic throughout the complex, they should have traffic lights through out the community. There are more tenants parking spaces and not enough visitors parking spaces, why not assign parking passes seems logical. If you love kids and noise then this is the community for you; KIDS ARE EVERYWHERE. And the local hang out spot is near one of the huge trash dispensers in the area, local guys start drinking as early as 7-ish and that's Friday morning thru the weekend and when do they leave' Hope for rain, oops I'm sorry that will not stop them. Within the two years there, there has been at least 1,2,3 shootings. (Hey is that a State Trooper living next door)' And don't get me started on them, they so petty, they will sit in their cars, wait to you come to a STOP sign and don't stop and then they want to pull you over. O.k. its 7am in the morning and they don't have nothing better to do' Hey state troopers I think yawh got your timing off, why not patrol the neighborhood between 11pm-7am (Huh Duh). The laundry facility in my building had a storage area, adjacent to the laundry room, the door should've been locked. Well I guess someone had roommates, or the parents were home and they need a fix. Sex fix that is, someone busted the lock on the door and had a field day in the large room having sex; there were enough condoms left in there to condemn entire building AGAIN as a Hazardous waste, at least they did clean up after their selves, not the room but their bodies, and how do I know you ask' Well the nasty beep beep's left their tissue and residue in there, on the floor on the walls. Well being the good tenant that I was, I called the rental office AGAIN ask me what happened!!!! Not to discourage those who may be looking for a quick spot to live or even to save some money, to purchase your dream home but peeps take from me, think twice before moving to Ashford and Henson Creek (Creek LOL). There's a lot more to your community and two huge stone monument signs, that welcome you to the neighborhood. And last but not least, if you ever want to know anything about this community, ride thru between 3-5pm on a weekday and make sure it s a least 80degrees and sunny, your welcome community will be there to greet you and don't forget to drive thru at night, they will still be there PEACE YAWH ..

Ohh and beware, their rate increase are no joke!!!!

OMG, you are telling the truth. It's the worst! "they will still be there"..Yes, and I live in the center of it all...

None of what U have said is an exaggeration. NONE OF IT. That is truly sad. I don't even want to get into everything, but how about the fact that your gas bill goes up by $100 every other month w/no explanation, the trash overflows & stays that way for up 2 (but not limited 2) 4 days, NO ONE gets evicted like they say because the apartments CAN'T AFFORD to evict tenants. If they did the company would probably go bankrupt. This is why they have some radio station come by to promote the complex, & they offer 2 months of free rent 2 new tenants. They NEED to giving that free rent 2 the tenants who have been putting up with their bullsh**! Oh, there's also gunshots heard in the complex in broad daylight, people loitering in the stairwells in the middle of the night... I can go on and on but I just don't have the time right now!
