This property seems to really be turning around and I am sure it has something to do with the new management. So friendly, professional and pro active! Any issues I have had have been resolved in a prompt manner and with outstanding customer service. The property even looks better since she (new manager) has taken over (i.e, less trash/debris). I recommend this community to anyone looking to relocate! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now you know you are a liar. You must be her friend b/c my friends live there and they are still complaining til this day. She may be a good manager, but that doesnt make it a good complex to live in. You can change management but you cant change the people who live there. Robberies, drugs, lots of kids, that no place PROFESSIONAL people want to LIVE.

You know how I know you lyin. Cuz I live there. ----- is no better than ---- was, in fact, I honestly can't tell you if she is because she has refused to speak with me for a month now. I have come in and I have called, but oh well. At least ---- would speak with me. Also, I know you lyin' (yes with the apostrophe) cuz you rated it with a 5.0. Even if you didn't think this was a horrible place to live (as most residents do)... We all know that it is nowhere near a 5.0! Safety 5.0... the same place where a young lady was almost raped and if it weren't for her fighting back and residents shining bright lights he would have probably killed her... um...you lyin' - sorry - how much they pay you?

I was looking at Henson Creek to move there because in the Washington Post Apartment section they had a really nice write up and I would like to stay in that area but thanks to the responses I definitely will be looking elsewhere. Thanks

I remember that sexual assault incident mentioned above. The perp was probably one of these no-good teens who are always hangin' around outside all hours of the night for no good reason... except maybe to rob or RAPE someone. I don't walk around here @ night... not without a weapon on me. Good choice NOT moving here. My lease is up soon, I'm trying to get out of here QUICK FAST & IN A HURRY!!!

She must have paid you to write this review. Can I have some of what you got? A good place to live, you must have been in the purest of ghettos before this. This complex is horrible and 93.9 needs to be ashamed to even associate themselves with suck a dump. 'A GREAT PALCE TO LIVE", hahhahahah and then you woke up from your dream right!!!

mierda de el toro...The place is not a utopia, which presumably a perfect score would represent. If the above commenter thinks this place is a utopia apparently they have either just been released from a federal penitentiary, or grew up in a cave. The rope a dope management team will tell you any kind of lie to get you to sign a lease. If you plan to rent here, or any other place for that matter, be sure to go to Maryland Attorney General's website and print out landlord tenant laws and regulation. This is something that should be done regardless of what apartment complex you decide to rent. This staff has been accused of not being on the level more than a few times. As of December 2008 there were at least 2 units closed by the Md health department because of mold in bottom floor units. Make sure you don't get these units.
