ASHFORD AT HENSON CREEK IS RAISING THE LEVEL OF LIVING, COMPARED TO WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN 2006 I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF POSITIVE CHANGES. THE NEW MANAGEMENT STAFF IS DOING AN VERY GOOD JOB. THE MAINTINANCE DEPARTMENT IS A BIT SLOW IN RESPONDING TO NON EMERGENCY SITUATIONS BUT THEY WILL FIX ANY PROBLEM YOU HAVE IN YOUR APARTMENT. THIS COMPLEX IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THERE'S PLENTY OF PARKING FOR TENNANTS AND THEIR GUESTS. IF YOU ARE NOT PROPERLY PERMITTED TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY AND YOU ARE IN A NON VISITOR PARKING OVERNIGHT, YOU WILL BE TOWED. I'VE LIVED IN TWO APARTMENTS SINCE I MOVED IN 2006 AND BOTH OF THEM WERE OUTSTANDING. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS I DON'T HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER IN MY APARTMENT. EVERY APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS THEIR FAULTS, WHAT MAKES HENSON CREEK DIFFERENT IS SEEING INPROVEMENTS NOT WAITING ON A PROMISE.

I agree with you but there are different experiences with everyone. Thank the lord that you didn't have to go through the same problems as some of us other tenants. A small improvement doesn't erase the disastrous experience that Ive went through. All communities have there small mishaps but enough is enough. You can not erase the past or blame someone for warning others. FYI since they repainted the parking lot there are no visitor parking spots by my building. Ive seen one particular vehicle that has been parked for the last 2 weeks with a flat tire and hasn't to this day been towed. My registration was dead for 2 days and they towed me! LOL ain't that a blimp...

come on people, enough is enough we can start a petition with all of our complaints, open up escrow accounts with the court house and make them change! We pay good money to live where we live . They don't settle for us not paying rent or even paying our rent so we should not settle for this slum lord regime!

That's what I'm talking about... I am looking into an attorney as we speak... Unfortunately, there are not many that deal with the tenant side, not enough money I suppose, anyone got suggestions... let's do this!!!!!

Perplexed, why don't you start this petition yourself? I'd gladly sign it if U came by my apt! It doesn't sound like a bad idea except for the retaliation part. Many ppl who have made complaints have been retaliated on by the apartment office themselves by RAISING UR RENT & issuing BS penalties. We still have 2 do something about this tho!
