I lived her for 1 year and could not wait for my lease to be up. The inside of the apartment was falling apart and the sliding window to the balcony fell in and just missed my 4 year old. And when I told the rental office they told me I should have had renters insurance' And they were not responsable. It took them week to fix a simple problem or they did not show at all. They tow cars even if you have a sticker. Beware!! I can go on but what is the use. This place is a death trap. i don't care who took over! Then the gas bill ----. They had a system were everone unit was connected and the entire building was responsable for paying everones gas bill. WTF! And then there was an extra fee if you have multiple people in your unit. They counted head counts on top of how much gas you used. BTY you were responsible for your own untilites imagine you paying your neighbors light bill and you were out of town' This place sucks ! I lived here April 2007 unitl I got out May 2008!
Also the picture they placed beside my review is not how it really is. I loaded my own picture and this "IS NOT ONE OF THEM" I don't even know who picture this is. Look at my link I posted two pictures of a broken balcony window shattered on my new $1200 sofa!

Why would they post a picture of their own, seem as though they are trying to hide something to me!!!!!! & if they have all these complaints about the gas situation wouldn't you think the property manager would find a better solution to these problems because it is not working with the current gas situation. Why can't we just have our own gas meters that is the best solution to this recurring problem. I think that I will have to print all these responses about the property and send to the PROPERTY OWNERS & Congratulations for getting out of here!!!!!

JUST LET ME SAY I'LL BE GLAD WHEN MY LEASE IS UP AND I'VE ONLY BE HERE ONE WEEK. FIRST OF ALL I WAS MISLEAD BY THE MODEL APARTMENT I WAS SHOWED BEFORE SIGNING MY LEASE. ON THE FIRST DAY I WALKED INTO MY "NEW" APARTMENT WITH IT SMELLING LIKE GAS IF I WERE TO STRIKE A MATCH THE ENTIRE BUILDING WOULD HAVE BLEW UP. SECOND OF ALL I WALKED INTO THE BATHROOM WHICH LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING FROM CHEAP ----- MOTEL. THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE. THEN AS I WAS STACKING MY DISHES THE SHELF FELL. THEN I PUT A PHONE CHARGER IN THE DRAW (AND U KNOW HOW LIGHT A PHONE CHARGER IS?)AND FELL TO THE FLOOR. I HAVE NO CHARLIE BAR ON MY PATIO DOOR. SURE HOPE THE ROBBERS DON'T KNOW THIS. UNBELEIAVABLE.

the gas situation happened with me too! I ended up having to get a new stove...my bathroom didn't even have electric outlets, lol
