well i lived back and forth at "arbor view" and my 1st few years were good despite the fact they go up on rent almost $100 every year. when i moved back from a year hiatus mgmt changed and it was HORRIBLE!! im sorry but i dont want to come home from a hard days work and see a bunch of youngsters hangin out, nor should anyone be CONTENT and SETTLE for poor mgmt and living conditions. my roof caved in from a dumb azz over top of me and mgmt let it sit for a week, didnt replace carpet and it happened TWICE!! once i had my son i decided i wasnt gonna settle because i dont want to bring my son up around such IGNORANT black people, so yes i moved to a 2bdrm/2bth WITH w/d in UPPER MARLBORO (woods of marlton) for $850 a month!! YES $850!! so trust me, i paid the price for the finer things for the price of a ghetto azz neighborhood off brinkley road!! im NEVER moving back there again!! and dont get me started on parking and the lousy washing machines!...mgmt really needs to clean up!

Its fine that you dont want to raise your children around bad conditions but i think the "ignorant black people" comment was unecessary. I feel the same way being a mother and not wanting my child to grow up around certain things. However, ignorance comes in all colors and to think that only black people are ignorant is an ingnorant comment. And as far as the Woods of Marlton, look them up on this website and you will see they aint perfect either. Not to mention $850/month is nothing but if you consider that paying the price then ok!

i lived in marlton for over 10 years, sweety you havent seen ignorant black people yet. When I was in high school a guy killed his brother in the woods of marlton. and its not about where you live where individuals will hang out, its about who allows them to hang out there. Henson creek tried to inforce and the first time they did, it worked. but you cant inforce on Monday and let it slide on sunday.

I looked at those apartments (woods of marlton), they are not that cheap. How did you get it at $850.00? I'm interested in moving somewhere resonable and safe. I have a four year old daughter.
