When my then Fiance and I moved (this was our 1st time renting and we were under a time restraint...)we were sold a lie. We were shoed the apartment, like others, during the day which made us think it was quiet and taint. There is a nice sized pool and a small cute miniture play ground. The apartment is actually a wonderful size and we had the 2bd w/Den. When we werre shown our apartment there were paint cracks, dingy bathrm spots...a leaky refridgerator that we were told was going to be fixedwhen we moved. I wasnt so i put it on the "what u notice immediately" list they give you a wk to fill out. Anyhow...after a month everythn changed! There were ppl selling drugs in the walkway, there was loud noise coming from apartments at 2 and 3 am ALL WEEK! The hallways smelled like liquor and urnie and then there were threatening loitering letters put everywhere but never any action taken to stop the loitering and littering. we had a leak over our toiket coming through the vent...they came the first time andsaid they couldnt fix it, the next time they went to the apartment upstairs and said they fixed it...still leaking...and it's still leaking probably to this day. And the management team that was there when we were are complete liars..most of them have been fired at this point. Dont move there unless it's your last resort and BE PREPARED to have your listtle ones locked inside.
