I'm a single female w/o kids looking for a safe, convenient, affordable, and quiet apartment that wonāt put a hole in my pockets. I read the reviews on Brinkley Manor and was instantly impressed on the reviews. But unfortunately the last real review was posted in 2004, and itās now March 06. Please(especially for the current residence) can you provide me with your current opinions and experience at Brinkley Manor'
1. What's the major difference between Brinkley Manor and Brinkley House'
2. About the surrounding neighbor and the safeness of the compliance from a femaleās point of view'
3. About the staff and maintenance'
4. About the actually apt size and space'
5. About the rent'

Recently moved (November 2005), lived there for 10 years, maintenance was done within a timely manner, neighbors were freindly and respectable, however my car was stollen from the parking lot, but with the increase in the crime rate I am sure that could happen anywhere. I felt safe, the apartments are very clean and roomy. I had very pleasant apartment living experience.

I recently moved into my own apartment but was living with a relative in Brinkley Manor. I love Brinkley Manor. My relatives have lived in Brinkley House before they lived in Brinkley Manor and the difference was the noise level. In Brinkley House you can hear very clear what room the people above you are going to. There are a large number of units in Brinkley House which means lots of people and kids. Brinkley Manor only have about 125 apartments so it's realatively peaceful. Other than that it's pretty much the same except that Brinkley House has a Breafast bar.
The Neighbors in Brinkley Manor are very very nice, never had a problem with them. I feel really safe however, I do feel that more light needs to be in certain areas of the complex.
The staff and maintenance are very quick to respond and very friendly.
The apartments are really the best size you will find for your money. Rent has gone up but is still much less for the space and amenities you are receiving. I have checked many places and you are not going to find many places with 1275 square feet of area for less than 1200.00.
My overall experience with Brinkley Manor (3 years) is definately top rating. I have not seen a roach or rodent and have never been disspleased with anything there. I love it.
