Too much rent...no amenities

If value for your dollar is what your looking for...you won't find it here. My rent has gone up every year for the 3 years I have lived here but my bedroom window hasn't closed in over 1 year. I have to walk a mile from the parking lot to my building or I can park closer and jump down the hill...BEWARE! The design sucks, is very old and needs to be upgraded. There is poor insulation and absolutely no sound proofing.
