The apartments have no sound proofing. You can hear the neighbors, but the building I'm in is very nicely kept. I wouldn't want to live on the side where the pool is, the grounds aren't kept up as well to me. There's no dishwashers in the apartments either. My stove is too small, can't get regular size pans in the oven. There is absolutely no storage space and no closet space either. The rental office complains when you put things on the patio but doesn't offer any other options. My car has been stolen at least 3 times and broken into twice. Despite all of the above, I like it because there aren't a lot of children in the building and my building is quiet.
