Not worth the headache....

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
My roommate was a lot nicer than I can be when rating this apartment. Yes it's true that everything was wonderful for the first year, but the way things went down hill after that completely cancels out the good of the first year. This winter is one of hte coldeset I remember and I am a native of the Washington area. We went w/o heat 4 times in 4 weeks at one point the temperature in my living room was 35 degrees. To make matters worse a number of the staff person in the leasing office became unresponsive to our needs as residents, as if we were simply complaining for the sake of complaining. Needless to say we are moving and that day can't come soon enough SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
