Steadily Downhill...

I've lived here for almost two years and am looking to move as soon as possible.
The grounds are not kept up--especially "on the hill" by the pool. The residents throw their trash over the fence (behind the grocery store) and it never gets cleaned up. The fence that seperates the property may as well be made into a gate and a cemented path, because there's ALWAYS a hole in the fence for any and everybody to come into the community. The "playground" is a mud pit when it rains and a dustbowl when it doesn't. And the management has the nerve to send out notices regarding kids playing on the grounds! And don't even get me started on the parking.
The walls are paper thin--the floor creaks and groans when your neighbors turn over at night.
The rental office side is kept much nicer. That's the side where the staff lives...hmmmmm makes you wonder huh' And when asked about the grounds, maintenance, cleanliness, etc. you always get "we're working on it..." '!'!'!'!'!
Definately NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!
