I have lived at Chestnut Hill for the last 5 years. Overall, it's a good place to live, at least on the side of the street where the rental office is. The grounds are kept up very well during the summer and they clean up during the winter months also. They could use some updated appliances in the apartments. Maybe a dishwasher, new stove, cabinets, etc.
For the price you really can't complain. I've looked at other apartments they run about $1200-$1300 for a two bedroom apartments and I'm currently only paying $900. So why pay 400-500 more just for a dishwasher.
I've never had any problems with the rental office, maintenance comes when I call and the people in the office are responsive to my needs.
