Poor book keeping and poor upkeep of appliance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002   The first three years was good, new management brought on new problems. For one year I paid more then needed for rent, I was quoted the wrong rental rate. Ask for refund, they said no will pro-rate. That same year I was told I was behind in my rent... Snow & ice days no salt was put down. Trash was not pick up for days, X-mas time trash was unbelieveable. Poor maintenance, poor upkeep. I've seen worst.
