Heaven forbid you live on the first floor! You might as well set your apartment up like a flea market and mark everything free. Burgulars will clean you out.

And don't even think about having a car. Just start out catching the bus, that way when your car is stolen, you'll already be used to the bus schedule!

Horrible office staff and maintenance are paid to sit on their asses!
