It has it's moments....

There seems to be a rise in teenagers loitering around the property. Unfortunatley the price of apartment does not reflect the quality of complex. A one-bedroom has no closet space. Noise may be a problem if you are passive and not concerned. When the noise is out of control a call the rental office is needed. If that does not help, call the police as often as the problem persists. Calls from tenants to the police make the complex look bad, which forces management to deal with situations.
Plumbing is not the best. Water shut-offs are quite frequent due to "busted water lines". Air/heat is supposedly tenant-controlled. However, the air conditioning unit will NOT go past 70 degrees. You just have to keep it running 24 seven.
Gateway is ok for what it is worth, especially for those first starting out. However, I would not suggest making Gateway home-sweet home
