I lived at Gateway for almost 2yrs and the community is great. The maintenance workers were very quick to come if I had any issues which was very rare. The management was friendly and accommendating. The rent is affordable and the water bill never reached over $25 since I have been living there. I would reccommend this community to anyone whose searching for an apartment.
