This community is the worse and makes me worry about the problems i will run into at the next apartment. For one thing the first apartment we were in was roach infested, was next to a wooded area and had motion lights that turned OFF when you walked pass. There were numerous occasions were the hot water heater went out, they were aware but did not take the 30 mins max. it would have taken to notify the 8 residents in the building. They advertise as a gated community but the gate has not worked since we moved in. If it snows at night the entrance is not cleared until late in the afternoon the next day if it is done the next day at all. The staff is rude and they seem to forget the reason they get a paycheck is because we, the tenents, pay our rent. They take weeks to do repairs and when they are done its half assed but they want the rent check on time every month. We had mold growth in our apartment and all they did was painted over it and did not even have the courtesy to notify us before is was painted so we had to bring our 5 month old baby into an apartment that reeked of paint fumes. We had to maintain our own shrubbery last summer even though they pay a company to maintain the grounds once a week. The units are outdated especially the kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen one set of cabinets is so crooked we cannot put dishes in it. In both apartments we live/d in the tile in the bathroom is/was falling apart from the wall. And one leasing agent told me that they are starting renovations on some apartments but that the rent is going to increase by one or two hundred dollars. So in other words they are saying "If you want a decent place to live you have to pay us more." What they are charging now for the service we get is ridiculous. Cars and homes are constantly being broken into even though they have a police officer that lives rent free in exchange for patrolling the community. I would not even suggest that my worst enemy live here. Our lease is up in two months, do you think we will be renewing it'

stop the jokes to cannot, you definately must be a family member. out of all of the reviews in this board you say management is professional. Give me a break, you must be straight from the hood and if you call Lisa and Sharon professional you must be real ignorant. Where in the heck do you work? Is this customary for your type of business. You know everything in this script is true. From maintenance, to the unprofessional staff, to the crimes, drugs and sexual assualts. stop joking with yourself or are you Lisa? Once again this is directed to the person know as "cannot"
