Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
If the owners of Heather Hills Apartment can get this message!! we beg of you to replace the current manager (Sharon), the office staff, definately the Maintenance Men.
It need to be a shakeing up in the fron office, and then maybe residing at Heaterh Hills Apartment will be a place you can recommend to family and friends.
Today, I wouldn't recommend this development to Sadam Huessin.
