I've lived here for a year and a half, and coming home just gets more and more depressing. The community is NOT gated and the buildings are NOT secured as they advertise. The appliances are old. There's waaaaaaaay too much loitering in the buildings and outside. They gave us a key to a laundry room which is never locked, and is used for weed smoking (and God only knows what else). The water goes out WITHOUT WARNING. There's water constantly running in the parking lot, so during the winter there's ALWAYS ice out there. They keep raising the rent without putting any of the money back into the complex. It just keeps getting progressively worse and worse.
