TO TOP OFF THE FACT THAT OUR WATER LEAKED FOR OVER TWO YEARS IN THE TUB BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO FIX IT, THAT WE STILL HAVE REPAIRS UN-TOUCHED FROM WHEN WE MOVED IN 2001--I WROTE A BAD RATING--LISA READ THE REVIEW-TOLD MY HUSBAND WE NEED TO STAY OFF OF THIS SITE AND LAUGHED, AND THEN WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR US TO MOVE, SHARON TOLD US THAT LISA GAVE US A BAD REFERENCE-- IS THIS BECAUSE WE HAD TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE TO GET OUR A/C FIXED' WE WERE WAITING FOR A PART THAT HAD NOT COME IN, BUT WHEN THEY GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE--THE PART WAS NOT ONLY AVAILABLE BUT OUR A/C WAS FIXED.

SHARON LIED ABOUT LISA GIVING THE BAD REVIEW AND THE REASON SHE TOLD THE MANAGER AT THE OTHER COMPLEX THAT SHE WOULD NOT RENT TO US AGAIN WAS BECAUSE OF MY BAD RATING ON THIS SITE, BECAUSE OF WHAT SHE CALLS MY NASTY ATTITUDE. BECAUSE I CALLED THERE DEMANDING THAT SOME OF THESE REPAIRS GET DONE''''''' SO BECAUSE OF MY HONESTY ABOUT HEATHER HILLS, SHARON IS BEING NASTY AND MAKING IT SEEM THAT WE ARE BAD TENANTS, AND THEN GOING TO LIE ABOUT IT''''

DID I MENTION THE GARBAGE IN THE STAIRWELLS, THE NEIGHBORS THAT HAVE BEBE KIDS AND THE RENTAL OFFICE DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT--THEIR CHILDREN RUN ALL DAY ALL NIGHT, DROP BALLS OVER YOUR HEAD WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP--BUT THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL YOU BECAUSE YOUR MUSIC IS LOUD ONCE!
THIS IS A GHETTO PLACE. THE GATES ONLY WORKED ONCE IN THE THREE YEARS WE LIVED HERE. AND THE SECURITY ON THE BUILDING IS ALWAYS BROKE--OR YOU CANNOT GET INTO THE BUILDING BECAUSE THE BEBE KIDS HAVE PLAYED WITH THE SECURITY BOX-THUS YOU CANNOT EVEN GET INTO THE BUILDING, AND DO NOT CALL MAINT. PLEASE--I HAVE TURNED FIVE FRIENDS AWAY FROM HERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO PASS WORD OF MOUTH.
SO BE CAREFUL IF YOU SPEAK OUT AGAINTS THE STAFF-ESPECIALLY SHARON--SHE WILL GIVE YOU A BAD REFERENCE WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO MOVE AND LIE ABOUT IT.

For all of you out there in response to this:
I was in the property mgmt. business, and basically mmgt. should only be able to tell potential callers about your length of stay, amout or rent paid, and how many times late if asked.
I would sue them, b/c they should not reveal to anyone that you called their Corp. office, etc.
You have the RIGHT to voice your opionion. Again all renters, whenver you go to a property, please visit the property, day hours, at night, and stop folks on the premises and get their opionions. Prop. Mgrs. and staff, will tell you ALL the good things about the building, etc. to get you in. Their job is to lease, lease, and keep the building occupied. IT's just like buying a car, the salesperson is happy, pleasant, and delightful, but when you come back with a problem, they show their real side..mean,abrupt, nasty.
Make 2-3 visits to a property before you sign on the dotted line, and take your time to read, each line of the lease, even though it is time consuming. Read it.
