Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have been living here for 2 yrs now. I just got preapproved and plan on leaving in the next month before the $1350 rate goes into effect. The rent gets raised but the amenites remain the same. The laundry room floods all the time, secured buildings half the time, my car was broken into because I parked in the area that was not well lite. You have to call 3 or 4 times before things get fixed.
