Thi community has great curb side appeal. This how they fool you. I have lived here for three years and my rent is RIDICULOUS. They offer a gated community and the gate has only closed once since I have been here. Maintenance is not to bad, but they can be a little intimidating, because they all look like criminals, porters included. My fiances car was stolen that is after they came the night before and dismantled the alarm. My car was broken into twice. I had an electrical problem in my apartment for three months. The lady in the next building is friends with Lisa so she is never sued for late rent and never gets a rent increase. In addition the lady.s children play in there on building and my building because they are connected through the laundry rooms. My apartment is nice I can't complain about it, but they really worked me when I rented this apartment.
