I have lived here since January of 07 and I was ready to move within 30 days...unfortunately my lease is 12 months! The website makes it look better than it is. The people who live here are what make it such a terrible place. There is an overabundance of teens just hanging out, cussing, fighting; parents threatening to punch their 4 year old's in the throat for crying, people park in front of my vehicle and block it in even when there are available spots. The management has changed twice since I moved in, there were 17 evictions in ONE DAY since I've moved here, they have cops working here "undercover" (yet everyone knows who they are) yet it doesn't deter the loud teens and their crazy parents from having disputes outside the apartments....I could go on forever, but basically, I'm really super disappointed. I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move the hell out.

From the look of it, it seems to be a dream come true! Yet coming from the horses mouth, has completely detered me from this absolute nightmare

This posting is all so very true. I have family who live on this complex and I visit quite often and I have witnessed the same exact things. It's a disgrace.

I just moved from there.. It is a waste. Especially the people who works in the rental office..
