Ok Im about to break it down to you. I moved in HH in October of 2007. I had heard SOOO many things about how HH "used to be" So i was a little scared. But ima tell you this, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my apt! NEVER have i once seen a roach. When i first moved in though i had a problem with fruit flies from the upstairs apt. The people that moved had left out food or something i guess & exterminators came out 2 days later and handled it for me. But other than that it has been great. I've had to call maint. twice and they have came to my apt emediately! So i was very pleased.

As far as the leasing office, I had Erica as an agent. She was the best! I mean she took me to see an apt and i didnt like it that much. She quickly found me something that fit my needs. She is very polite and very professional. I havnt really dealt with anyone else in HH but i have no need to because Erica gets everything done for me.

I reccommend HH to any and everyone. I havnt been here yet in the summer time and people say thats when things get crazy so i guess i will wait and see. But every thing has been wonderful so far!

Yes i agree with you. There are still some things that need to get better but what apartment complex doesnt. Yesterday i seen the nicest thing, i was walking up to my building and seen a letter from the office stating that they were having an easter egg hunt for the children today. Who does that for the kids anymore? They gained 1000 cool points from me! I dont really know the office staff but if you are talking about the little light skinned girl that sits in front of everyone, then yes i agree! She is very polite and helpful. This is from someone in the office who is lying about this apartment comlex cause I heard that this is the worst place in temple hills to live so don't get it twisted.....if I was homeless on the streets I would'nt move here and for whom ever put this garbage on here you are as crazy and pressed to live in filth it's ridiculas you need to move and stop being nasty and enjoying the gun violence and noise that you are a part of. You can't be serious if you think someone is going to move in here regardless of the rental prices and the utilities being included or not.
