I am a resident there now...I can't wait until summer when my lease is up! these kids be leaning on hard working folks vehicles making alarms go off...I was one of those people that had to go outside to set these kids straight...Management I haven't experience a poblme...Maintenance, no problem...except one time I called for a problem in the bathroom and they didn't feel the need to inform the residents that they hired contractors...so, my kids almost stabbed the poor dude. Due, to he kept banging on my door...Now, you won't have roach problem if you clean up nor mice...they do keep the grounds up...summer time isn't that bad...they have the kids on a cerfew...but, the police who resides on the property needs to go his job better...and why the ice cream truck coming during the winter...Mister softy too! Hmmm! but, Management needs to enforce stricter policies for people with these big ole dogs that belong in a damn house!I can see allowing small pets but, rocweilers, and grate danes come on! the laundry room needs to be upgraded...thank god we have some spanish tenats who do clean up...but, managment is tryin to charge you to replace some damn blinds...that is wrong if you lived in that complex more than 2yrs...GET real! oh yeah, they changed over to digital thermostats...and yes, you freeze in the winter...but, I know how to crack that damn code...if I pay for electric what makes you think you can control my heat' I don't see Tarragon putting no extra funds toward my pepco bill.
