What the heck was up with that flyer someone put on all the floors in 4311 earlier in June '05. Apparently there is a "RAT" infestation in our building according to the flyer. The person who wrote it left their number on it, but I haven't called. Now I've got people knocking on my door asking me if I have rats. BTW, yes I got rid of a couple over the winter. If there is an infestation they better do something about it fast or I know who to call.

I also am pissed about the new laundry room that accepts only credit cards. Who the hell wants to pay interest just to do their laundry! Management get a clue. Are you trying to attract new upscale residents by installing this ridiculous device..I wonder if it was the new resident managers idea (Bruce). Pompous, isn't he' What happened to Ray Osgood - he was very polite and professional! HIRE HIM BACK. There are a few more staff members/custodians who could also use a class in customer service skills. One who shall remain nameless occasionally reeks of alcohol. Can someone please send this dude to AA.

I am happy about the speed bumps they put up recently for those idiots that like to fly through the parking lot - Don't know who they're trying to impress. Suggestion - cut down the shrubs some along the side entrance so that cars can see each other better entering and exiting the complex.

One more thing: Watch out for the towing company that Kay Apartment uses. They will boot you for no reason and claim that that your parking sticker was not 'visible'. Hello it's a bright orange sticker! I know this has happened to several residents when Iverson Towers first started using that company.

I agree. I live in Anton house and I've had nine leaks since I've lived there and they act like it's my fault. I can't stand Bruce either. He acts like he has no idea what's going on. What's up with that!!! It got sooo bad I complained to corporate and they are letting me out of my apartment! The cops are always there looking for somebody. Safety my a..! They are soooo unprofessional it doesn't make any sense
