When I first moved in Iverson Towers it was well managed under the supervision of leasing specialist like Lorenzo Bailey...Down hill when that crew left. Now we have Bruce. Why...has the most awful customer service you will ever meet. Elevators in 4301 if they not broke people moving in them everyday. Rodents believe it I have chased quite a few from out my apartment. And maintenance if it is not one of them you know you may never get it fixed. Still don't have AC in bedroom been like that for 2 years wonder how many reports I must put in.. Bottom line Iverson Towers is becoming the HOOD.
