The community manager here is a liar and sneaky. Do not move here. They are refusing to give us our security deposit after dealing with 9 leaks in the apartment since we lived there. They rarely ever gave notice before or after when someone had to enter our apartment to do maintance work or repairs. They didn't patch our walls until 3 weeks after the damage was done. And while working in another apartment, they destroyed our kitchen and didn't clean up the mess. I can home from work to a note that basically said sorry we messed up your kitchen. Green and brown water spots all over the floor, walls and refrigorator and left stagnant water in the cabinets. They had to come back twice before the kitchen was back to normal. The tow company put a boot on my car for no reason and made me 4 hours late for work. People got shot on our block at least 3 times in the year. Kids randomly knocking on your door. The community manager has an excuse for everything and can never give you a direct answer. He's horrible and the other staff is always confused. They always say they will call you back, but never do or place you on hold to make up another excuse. I am glad to get out of there. Good luck to anyone else who moves in. As long as Bruce is the manager anyways.
