I have lived here since 1999. The up keep has gone down hill. Quite a bit of robberies within both complexes. A lot of car theft and vandalism of cars. No security at all. Poorly lit outside areas. Laundry machines are a complete dissapointment. You can wash your clothes and they still come out dirty. Also when machines are broken and you insert your money. You lose your money because there is no sign saying it is out of order. The apartments are pretty nice. There is never anywhere close to park to your building.
