I think some of the people in the rental office are rude. They are courteous when you don't have a problem then completely different when you do. I honestly believe that management needs to take a hard look at who they put in position to represent their company because everyone isn't management material. My experience with Iverson Tower Management was great until these last couple of years which have been terrible. I don't think management is taking the customer complaint serious. I believe if all the residents stood together to complain about their problems and bring it to the attention of the corporate office. I bet they would crack down on the maintenance people and we would have as less issue with are apartment as we do now. Since we only call the rental they just push it underneath the rug. We need to start to call the corporate office and speak with Peggy.



P.S.
By the way they want their rent on time but they can't fix our problems in a timely manner. How about that'!!!
