I just recently moved into Iverson Towers and so far I love it. It's in a great locations (near 4 train stations) so it makes it an easy commute to work. The rental office staff and maintenence workers are all friendly, and eager to assist when needed. The parking lot is well lit and spaces are always avaliable. I'm not saying that I moved to Paradise but I know that Iverson Towers is a lot better then numerous other apartment communities for the price. I love the secured access doors, it make me feel a little safer. I will admit, I do hear my neighbors if they are in the lobby but other than that, once they are in their apartment, there is silence The lobby lighting is always bright and all my friends who have visited my place want to become my neighbors. Maybe I lucked up and ended up on the good floor in the good building. I will write back in the future, if things change.
