You never know what your going to get here. From 11 mice entering into my place to roaches. The filters aren't changed like there suppose to so twice a year my ceiling leaks. Maintence was good years ago but now has gone down hill. The elevator has people pissing and pooping in them. The elevator numbers are written in with white-out. Most of the the residents come around when something happens such as, attacks, car thefts, legal towing. However when and if the office send out letters about the events they change the facts. The office staff change often, you learn one name and there another name to learn a week or so later. 4th floor in 4311 has always been considered for over 7 years as the stinky floor. This is a large apt but pay attention to the small details, theres much more. Recommended if you don't mind the nasty living.

Did you live on the 4th floor? I called them a couple weeks ago and they said they have to vacancies on the fourth floor, one with a balcony and one without. I was thinking about putting in a application but I don't want to live on no stinky floor. I can not live like that at all. And with mice and roaches-- that is absolutely unacceptable.

Well some people believe that things should move out of the way not the other way around. If you continue to blow with the wind then you will never make a difference and grow an anything. However, if theres something I know about up front I can then make a logical decision about what apartment Im moving into. Right? Check yourself.

Ok Im confused why would you stay somewhere if you had 11 mice in your apartment. If you are looking for an apartment please dont believe everything you read Im sure wouldnt be put a blog on this site i would be moving

I live in Iverson Towers and while the problem with the elevators, is true, it seldom occurs and I've only encountered it late at night on weekends. The floor plans are spacious and the office staff is friendly and accomodating. In fact, In my year of living here, the staff has remained the same. There is an occasional car broken into, but as long as you do not leave anything in your car, you shouldn't have a problem. if you have a box or bag left in your car, you're asking for trouble, so just take precautions and you should be fine.
