I moved into Iverson Towers nine years ago. The building, maintenance, the grounds was in great condition but now it is terrible. You may find one maintenance person that is not on a smoke break or ticked-off because he has to work. My cars either have been stolen and/or broken into. It was reported to the rental office but nothing was done, until their car was stolen and broken into. The noise level from other tenants are off the hook. The walls are thin enough that you can hear them having sex, arguing, on the phone, smell what they are cooking and/or partying. There is a cleaning crew in the building to keep it clean, but everytime I see them they are always the strip mall up the street. They do not clean the individual floors. I live on the ninth floor I counted how days it took for them to clean up the spilled beer on the floor near the elevator(It took two and half days). Someone is always urinating, spilling something, leaving food or empty weed packets on the elevator. Living in Iverson Towers was good while it lasted but I got to GO

This is just incorrect information. The maintenance staff is wonderful and while they operate based on a priority system, your problem will get resolved. The cleaning crew DOES clean every floor as well as the lobby and elevators. I have encountered noise from time to time, but only on Friday or Saturday nights, but the folks on my floor are generally quiet and respectful. It probably helps that everyone knows everyone else in this building. I recommend you visit on a Friday or Saturday night and walk around, you'll find that most folks are respectful and friendly around here. We take care of our neighbors and while this apartment complex isn't perfect, it really is a bargain.
