I know there are a bunch of negative reviews on here for Iverson Towers, but take them with a grain of salt. Iverson Towers is not as bad as it's made out to be. We have a good office, cleaning, and maintenance staff and problems are quickly resolved. Bear in mind that this isn't Mclean or Potomac, it's a lower income area and with it comes a certain amount of crime. This comes in the form of car break ins and theft, but so long as you take proper precautions, you will be fine. The world is no longer what it used to be and there are thefts everywhere - including nicer Northern Virginia areas where I used to live.
It is true that elevators have not been treated with respect and I've twice encountered urine on the elevator floors, but only late at night on weekends. It's disgusting, but I've not seen it happen in many months. Office staff swiftly deals with people and issues quickly and satisfactorily.
You get more than what you pay for here at Iverson Towers. You get much better service for what you pay for at comparable apartments. Come see for yourself. Before I signed the lease, I came to visit on weekend nights and asked residents what they thought.

I agree with the person above me I lived in Iverson Towers for two years and the only problems I had was the small laudry area and the smell of the garbage deposal other than that everything was GREAT!!!
