Water Bill/Need to be Upgraded

Kay Management/Iverson towers is a bunch of bull sh** and I wouldn't recommend no one to move here. Water Bill is extremely high every month which is ridiculous. Some tenants are charged as much as $300.00 a month for a water bill with only 2 occuppants. The leasing specialist tells Prospective tenants that the water bill will be a certain amount but when receiving the water bill it's something totally different. They are ripping people off and something needs to be done about it. Don't get me wrong, the building I live in is quiet and the apartment is spacious but they need to be upgraded especially with the price they're charging people. New cabinets need to be installed, they need to change the bathroom tiles, need new cabinets in all bathrooms, problem with toliet flushing, and more. The walls are paper thin and when I say thin I mean THIN. You can hear peoples conversation and everything that goes on in tenants homes Nonetheless, The water Bills are outrageous...Most tenants don't even pay water bills at all..I regret moving here and wouldn't recommend Kay Management/Iverson Towers to no one because of how money hungry they are. If tenants don't pay the water bill they will take it out of our rent a make it seem as if we paid rent late and tab on all types of late fees and will threaten to take you to court. I'm assuming because of the threats people are afraid to do something about it... THey will send all types of threatening letters telling tenants if they don't pay the water bill they are going to get evicted.Like I said before they are money humgry and I'm going to move as soon as my lease is up... Good luck prospective tenants...
