Ive live here for 18 months and like any place you live they can be problems but lets make it truthful. I have never seen a rodent in or around the apartments. I have seen 2 roaches (dead ones) since i have moved in. They have had problems with the elevators recently in which all tenants were informed about the overhaul. I think Iverson towers is a very reasonable priced and well maintained property. One family member has moved in since and one friend who are both happy with their new home.

EWWW. well i don't know if you are paying attention. i have had mice run out in front of me. and almost over my feet. i once had one in my bedroom trashcan and i picked it up and it almost jumped on me. you probably haven't acctually seen one, but THEY ARE THERE. not really any roaches though

I haven't ran across a mouse yet but i have ran across 2 to 3 roaches and that was it. Iverson Towers is a pretty quiet place and the only downfalls I have about Kay management is the high a** water bills for new tenants have to pay. The leasing specialist relate false information to prospective tenants and tell them that the water bill is going to be a certain price just to get some body to move in which is a consumer violation. The apartments need to be updated especially the price they charge. As soon as my lease is up, i will be bouncing. Maintenance always come to my apartment to fix things within a day or 2, so that is really good. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to move here until they upgrade the apartments and install water meters to determine each individual's water usage. Like I said before, this is a pretty quiet in environment...Good luck to whoever moves here....
