The complex is now called Harbour Manor: Don't do it if you can afford to live elsewhere. I've lived here for 9 years and the place was wonderful when I first moved in; that is until new management took over and it all went down hill from there. We have yet another management company that's no better then the ones that just left. The mice and roaches run around there at any given time like they own the place and the mice will sit there and look at you until you get up and walk towards them, they also run through my stove looking for food leaving their little nasty dropping on my stove top. The roaches have a new liter of babies every other day. It's a hot mess. The walls are PAPER THIN and my neighbor has a sourround sound in his bedroom so I feel like I'm in their bedroom watching TV everyday. You can hear them talking and laughing and even snoring at night. The rent is constantly going up although they have these trick you specials going on right now because the ecomony is so bad and they know people are looking for affordable places to live. Take my advice and DON'T DO IT!!! I'm looking for a new place to live as we speak.

Thanks for informing me about Penn Landing. I use to live there growing up when it was called Park Berkshire, and have no intensions on moving back. It seems to be something wrong with alot of these apartment complexes, and he rent is so high to rent out and apartment these days...It's scary. I'm not sure why they got rid of Rhonda, but they got rid of that old lady that use to clean up the neighborhood too. The complex is now called Harbour Manor. The only thing that has changed is management.

I LIVE N MAPLEWOOD TO CANT STAND IT THIN ASS WALLS KIDS EVEYWHERE NOSEY ASS PEOPLE MICE RUNNING AROUND LIKE THEY OWN THE PLACE HIGH ASS RENT NOT EVEN WORTH IT .BALD HEAD ----- NAME GALE GREEN ALWAYS RUNNING TO THE RENTAL OFFICE TELLING SOMETHING!

I lived in 4511. My bldg was cool and in the five years I was there I only saw and caught 1 mouse. You are so right the apt living experience is not what it once was. Best option is to get your money right, purchase a home and pray that the economy doesnt put you out of a job.
