Falling Apart From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Although the apartment halls look clean & its a fully gated community. The lifts rarely work. Three banks of lifts & time after time all of them are out of action. The floor under our feet started to rot due to water seeping in through the walls. Reported & still not fully repaired. A pipe burst in the kitchen, it was repared promptly, but only by using a piece of plywood. Nine months later the plywood is there & they have yet to finish the job. No one is ever in the office. Can only pick up parcels from 6pm till 8pm & only on the rare chance that someone shows up to hand them out. Can never park. Its always full!!!
