I've lived at the Marlborough House since 12/97 and I have been satisfied with the overall apartment dwelling. The residence service and maintenance department have been prompt and always efficient and proficient. Inside and out is immaculate and they continue to improve and update the quality of the entire development. But, for the families who have children and grandchildren, it would be nice if a play area could be included. Other than that I have been very satisfied. Also the utilities are included. This is a plus, I think.
