I am currently a resident at Marlborough House, and I've lived there since 2001 til current. This is in response to the irrate tenant who use to live there. I have never had a problem in all my years living at Marlborough House. When something needed to be fixed, it took no time for a response. The employee's that work for this property have never displayed to me any rude or disrepectful behavior. For the property to be as old as it is, I think they do a good job at keeping the building clean. Everyday there is someone in the hallways of the building vaccuming and cleaning, not a day has gone by that I haven't seen this.

Yes, I agree, open your eyes honey. I moved there in 2004 and moved in 2004. I broke my lease. My first night there, I woke up in the middle of the night to get something to drink and to my surprise, roaches were all over the counter top and the kitchen floor. The refrigerated was very old and was not fit to even put your food in. I complained about the refrigerated and it was not replaced until about 3 weeks later. I would open the refrigerator and a couple of roached would greet me. DISGUSTING! Management did treat me very kind during the paper work process but unfortunately, they was not honest completely and was not that pleasant when they saw me entering the rental office because they knew they had not fixed the problems requested. Oh, and I must not leave out how you couldn't go the bathroom without seeing a roach or is awaken because a roach is crawling on you while you are in bed. They did send someone to treat the apartment for the problem but it did not help. I think it was because I was located beneath the trash chute. I have read some comments about mice. Thank God I didn't see that in my apartment, the roaches was bad enough because I have had not apartment ever where I have had a roach problem. That experience was devastating to me.
