I moved in November 3, 2007. I looked daily for weeks for something under $1,000 with certain features. I read some of the review and was a bit reluctant to even check it out. After checking it out and comparing it to the other 1 bedrooms apartments I looked it, it came in first place. I was able to get the features I wanted (two walk-in closets in my bedroom, hardwood floors, balcony, nice square footage, laundry room on each floor, trash room on each floor, ability to have packages delivered, and pleasant office staff). I don't have an issue with roaches or anything else. I keep my place clean and haven't seen one. When you walk down the halls you can hear your neighbors talking, but I can't hear anything once I'm in my apartment. I can hear my neighbor above me through the bathroom vent, but that's not a big issue for me. I don't spend a lot of time in there. You can hear the ambulance when they pass Branch Ave. or Naylor Road during the day and night. I just block the sound out. There is plenty of parking and the area is pretty quite and clean. I'm a single female and feel safe going from my car to the building.
