Then Management:

There your best friends tell you move in. Then they are a friend that doesn't really care to a point.

Before I moved in I ask could I pay my rent with credit card and they stated yes. Now that I have moved in I learned when you first move in and do all the paperwork yes you can and don t get charged a fee, but after no unless you want to a $24 convenience Fee. Yea what a rip off!

Cleanliness:

Very clean, if you have a pest problem you tell them and they fix it right away. What a thumbs up!!!!

But when I first moved in they fixed most everything that I had a problem with except the pubic hair that was paint onto my bathroom ceiling, still waiting on that a month and a half later. But I don t even try to remind them.

Pool/Dayroom/GYM:

Pool is only open part off the time during a couple of months out of the year. The Community Room that they talk about, you should ask what one because it's always locked and have to ask them for the key so that s not 24 hrs. Gym is good expect you can only lesson to one type of music.

Stuff to do:

Nothing!!!!!!!!!! They have nothing for kids. Too cheap to put in BBQ area (i.e. a BBQ and a wooden table.) When I asked about getting one put in so they can meet the Law. They stated I would have to go around and get people to sign something myself asking the company to build one. NOT THEM/MANAGEMENT (So everyone BBQ against their rules!!!) Because I my option why should a resident have to do everything himself or herself if the has a idea and several people talked about it in the apartment and would be willing to help install it a pay for it. So we have something nice to do outside besides look and the grass and pool you can t use.

But the Apartment complex does do one nice thing a month to thin the Resident.

Washer/Dryer:

Do dam costly!!!! for them everything is a more money the residents..
