I moved into MH toward the end of August after a debacle with Carriage Hill, another apartment complex in the Southern Managmenet community. I can truly say wholeheartedly that I absolutely love my studio apartment. I'm a full time stuent who also works full time, and the rent is definitely affordable for me. I also don't have a car at the moment, so the close proximity of the complex to Naylor Road Metro Station really works for me, as well. It literally takes me 12 minutes to get from my apartment to the station... meaning from the moment I close my apartment door to the moment that I get to the metro, it takes 12 minutes and I love that.

Maintinence is absolutely efficient. I have yet to have any problems with them showing up late or not at all. I've seen absolutely no roaches in my apartment. Last night there was a centipede on my ceiling, but that was obviously no big deal. I live on the 5th floor and my neighbors are friendly. There have been 1 or 2 instances of loud music, but that was because of my above neighbor, not anyone on my floor. This wasn't a major issue as the music quieted down rather quickly. Management is quick to respond to any inquiries I've ever had, and it's been a pleasure working with them so far. Carl is my absolute favorite leasing professional. He moved me into the building. Not only is he professional, but he's sweet and knowledgeable of what he's doing. He too lives in the building, which made me feel much more comfortable about moving into MH.

Honestly, I've literally had no issues or problems with this complex. It's quiet, affordable, clean, and beautiful. I say why not go for it'!' You'll be happy you did.
