| 05/06/2013 | I love the community. I live on the Terrace level and have no complaints. I lived in Upper Marlboro/Largo and was totally disgusted with the people (noise) and thefts. I hve none of these problems here. Maintenance is great; response time is great. NO BUGS (occasional small spider but who cares)!!! I did have a field mouse but thanks to my vacuum cleaner LOL he's gone. I alerted the office and they sent someone out to leave a small trap in case it happens again (small black box).
